Elizabeth is coming along quite well with our first baby!  We’re in the final days and we absolutely cannot wait!!  Luke will be here very, very soon and I promise more photos!  Everything seems to be coming together.  The nursery is move-in ready for Luke.  It is super cozy and very “clean”.  (All you design folks know exactly what I’m talking about!)  We’ve been hanging up little outfits on miniature hangers…it’s extremely surreal.  He can’t come soon enough!  The due date is March 14th…but I’m really feeling the 4th.  We’ll see if my spidey-senses are working!

We’ve been helping provide some direction with the children’s ministry at Freedom Gate.  It’s called “Big Church”.  We’ve been going 4 weeks now and God’s been so good to the kids.  We’ve been studying Daniel and our teams have done a great job not just telling the “stories”, but helping the kids apply it to real life.  We have the best team of leaders imaginable.  No, seriously, we do.

This summer marks 3 years in the Valley of The Sun.  Hard to believe.  We occasionally reminensce about our favorite food from Memphis and keep us with a number of great friends and family there.  As you know, we started Splat Creative in May 2008 as a way to build income and create flexibility for non-profit/ministry work.  We are still working towards this goal and are considering some unique partnerships that could help us expand here in the market.  Splat is doing well and our portfolio is really starting to take shape.  (One of my jobs this week is to add the past few months worth of stuff to the viewbooks.)

We do thank you for your continued support, prayers and love.  We truly value all of you…from family to friends to customers to vendors!  You all have a very special place in our heart.  (Hopefully, Luke won’t run you out of your spot.)
